Shipping policy


ORDER PROCESSING

We process orders every day of the year including weekends; the only exceptions are on Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, and New Year’s Day.

Same-day dispatch is available for orders placed:

  • Before 1:00 PM (Monday - Friday)

  • Before 11:30 AM (Saturday - Sunday)

Orders placed after these cut-off times will be dispatched the next working day.

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Please note that during peak periods or promotional events, processing times may be slightly extended. While we work closely with our courier partners to ensure timely delivery, occasional delays may occur.

DELIVERY TIMES

We offer Free Worldwide Express Shipping on all orders. Delivery times are estimated from dispatch and may vary due to local conditions. Shipping times are in addition to processing times.

Estimated delivery times from dispatch:

  • United Kingdom: 1 Working Day

  • Europe: 1–2 Working Days

  • USA & Canada: 2–3 Working Days

  • Australia & UAE: 2–4 Working Days

  • Other Locations: Varies by destination

Delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary depending on location, customs processing, and local courier operations.

We are unable to deliver to PO Boxes or military addresses. In rare cases where delivery to a specific location is not serviceable, we will contact you to arrange an alternative solution or issue a full refund.

International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our pricing. If a parcel is refused, unclaimed, or returned due to unpaid customs charges or incorrect address details, the order will be refunded once received back to us, minus: a £5 handling fee and any applicable return shipping or import charges.  For orders outside the UK, deductions will be converted to your local currency where applicable. If a parcel is permanently held or destroyed by customs authorities, we will review the case individually and advise on the outcome accordingly.

DELIVERY ADDRESS CHANGES

Once your order is placed, we are unable to change the shipping address. Please ensure all details are accurate before completing your purchase.

SPLIT SHIPMENTS

In some cases, your order may arrive in multiple parcels (e.g. if it includes pre-order items or high-volume pieces). You will not be charged extra for split deliveries.

PRE-ORDERS

Shipping times for pre-order items vary. Please refer to the individual product description for estimated dispatch dates for pre-order items. 

AUTHORITY TO LEAVE (ATL)

Our courier partners may leave parcels in a secure location without requiring a signature if deemed safe. If you prefer signature-only delivery, please contact us immediately after placing your order and we will do our best to accommodate your request.  If your parcel is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact us within 48 hours. We will work with the courier to investigate the issue, we are committed to reviewing each case fairly.
