INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING  

All international orders are shipped exclusively via DHL Express to ensure fast, secure, and fully tracked delivery. Flat-rate international shipping is applied to simplify the experience. All services include Tracking. 

Shipping time is in addition to order processing time, and delivery times are estimates from the date of dispatch. While DHL often aims for next-business-day delivery, actual times may vary depending on destination, customs processing, and local courier availability.

DUTIES, TAXES & FEES

For international orders, applicable import duties and taxes are calculated and collected at checkout, where available. These charges are determined by local customs authorities and are estimated based on the information provided at the time of purchase, which means they may vary. ICON LEVA ships international orders on a Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) basis. As a result, in most cases, no additional import duties or taxes are payable upon delivery.

REFUSED DELIVERIES & RETURN TO SENDER

Please ensure your shipping details are correct and that parcels are collected on time. If your parcel is returned to us for any reason including but not limited to the below, a £5 handling fee will apply. For international orders, an additional £35 flat return import fee may be deducted.

• Unclaimed parcels, such as orders not collected from a pickup point or post office within the allotted time

• Refused deliveries, including refusal for reasons other than customs charges (as duties and import taxes are covered under DDP)

• Returns due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided at checkout

If you're outside the UK, all deductions will be converted to your local currency.

In some countries, unclaimed or refused parcels may be destroyed or permanently held by customs. If this happens, no refund will be issued.

DELIVERY ADDRESS CHANGES

Once your order is placed, we are unable to change the shipping address. Please ensure all details are accurate before completing your purchase.

SPLIT SHIPMENTS

In some cases, your order may arrive in multiple parcels (e.g. if it includes pre-order items or high-volume pieces). You will not be charged extra for split deliveries.

PRE-ORDERS

Shipping times for pre-order items vary. Please refer to the individual product description for estimated dispatch dates for pre-order items. 

AUTHORITY TO LEAVE (ATL)

Our couriers may leave your parcel in a secure location without a signature if deemed safe. If ATL is used, ICON LEVA is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. We do not offer refunds or reshipments for orders marked as delivered via ATL.
