Returns Policy

We hope you love your purchase, but if something isn’t quite right, you have 14 days from the date of delivery to return your item(s).

ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURN

To qualify for a refund or store credit, your item(s) must:

  • Be purchased directly from our website

  • Be unworn and in original condition, with all tags attached

  • Include all original packaging, including Gift or Signature Packaging (where applicable)

  • Have the return ribbon still secured (for applicable styles)

  • Be free from any marks or stains (e.g. makeup, deodorant, spray tan, body lotion)

  • Have hygiene stickers intact (e.g. for bodysuits, swimwear, undergarments)

  • Not be marked Final Sale or Non-Returnable or Pre-Order at the time of purchase

  • Not include earrings, swimwear or underwear (for hygiene reasons)

  • Include a receipt or proof of purchase

  • Arrive at our warehouse within 14 days of the delivery date (Returns received after this window will not be accepted)

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs

  • We do not provide prepaid return labels

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable 

  • We are not liable for lost or undelivered parcels - we strongly recommend using a tracked and insured delivery service

  • Keep proof of postage

Inspection & Handling

  • Returns that do not meet the eligibility criteria will be rejected and returned to you.

  • For all approved returns, a £5 handling fee will be deducted from your refund.
    (If you're outside the UK, this amount will be converted to your local currency.)

International Returns

  • Please check your local import duties and taxes before sending your parcel back to us.

  • If a return is refused due to unpaid import fees, the parcel will be returned to us in the UK.

  • Once received, your refund will be processed minus the following deductions:

    • £5 handling fee

    • An additional £35 flat return import fee
      (Both will be converted to your local currency where applicable.)

HOW TO START A RETURN

To begin your return:

  1. Log in to your customer account on our website

  2. Navigate to your order history

  3. Select the order and item(s) you wish to return

  4. Submit a return request within 14 days of delivery

Once your return is approved, you will receive further instructions by email.

Note: Return eligibility is subject to our return policy. All approved refunds will be processed minus applicable fees.

Note: We do not offer exchanges. If you’d like a different size or item, please place a new order after returning your original purchase.

How to Return Your Item

  • Repack your items securely, ideally using the original packaging, including Signature Packaging where applicable

  • Include your name and order number inside the parcel

  • Ship to the return address provided in your return confirmation email

REFUNDS

Refund Method
Once received, your refund will be processed minus applicable deductions. Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment or as store credit, at our discretion.

Please allow 14 business days for your return to be processed and the credit to appear on your statement
