Returns Policy

We hope you love your ICON LEVA purchase. However, if something isn’t quite right, you may return eligible items within 28 days of delivery.

You must submit your return request within 14 days of delivery, and the item must arrive back to us within 28 days of the original delivery date. Returns received outside of this timeframe may not be accepted.

FREE RETURNS

ICON LEVA offers complimentary returns on eligible items. Once your return request has been approved, you will receive a prepaid return label and detailed instructions via email.

All returns remain subject to inspection and must meet the eligibility criteria outlined below.

ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURN

To be eligible for a refund or store credit, items must:

  • Be purchased directly from iconleva.com

  • Be unworn, unused, and in original condition

  • Have all tags attached

  • Include all original packaging (including Gift or Signature Packaging where applicable)

  • Have the return ribbon secured (for applicable styles)

  • Be free from marks or stains (including makeup, deodorant, tan, or fragrance)

  • Have hygiene stickers intact (for bodysuits, swimwear, or undergarments)

  • Not be marked Final Sale, Non-Returnable, or Pre-Order at the time of purchase

  • Exclude earrings, underwear, and swimwear bottoms for hygiene reasons

  • Be accompanied by proof of purchase

All returns are subject to inspection. Items that do not meet our return criteria may be refused and returned to the customer.

International Returns

For international customers, any applicable import duties or taxes must be paid prior to return. If a return is refused due to unpaid import fees, it will be sent back to us in the UK. Once received, your refund will be processed minus any applicable shipping or import charges incurred. Where deductions apply, amounts will be converted to your local currency where applicable.

HOW TO START A RETURN

To begin your return:

  1. Log in to your customer account on our website

  2. Navigate to your order history

  3. Select the order and item(s) you wish to return

  4. Submit a return request within 14 days of delivery 

Once your return is approved, you will receive a prepaid return label and return instructions by email.

How to Return Your Item

  • Repack your items securely, ideally using the original packaging, including Signature Packaging where applicable

  • Include your name and order number inside the parcel

  • Attach and ship using the prepaid return label provided

REFUNDS

Refund Method
Once received, your refund will be processed minus applicable deductions. Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment. In certain circumstances, store credit may be offered.

Timing
Please allow 14 business days for your return to be processed and the credit to appear on your statement. Refund times may vary depending on your financial institution
