Returns Policy

We hope you love your ICON LEVA purchase. However, if something isn’t quite right, you may return eligible items within 28 days of delivery.

Return requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery, and items must be received back within 28 days of the original delivery date. Returns received outside this timeframe may not be accepted.

All returns are subject to inspection and must meet the eligibility criteria outlined below.

ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURN

To be eligible for a refund or store credit, items must:

  • Be purchased directly from iconleva.com
  • Be unworn, unused, and in original condition
  • Have all tags attached
  • Include all original packaging (including Signature Packaging where applicable)
  • Have the return ribbon secured (for applicable styles)
  • Be free from marks or stains (including makeup, deodorant, tan, fragrance, or similar)
  • Have hygiene stickers intact (for bodysuits, swimwear, or undergarments)
  • Not be marked Final Sale, Non-Returnable, or Pre-Order at the time of purchase
  • Earrings, underwear, and swimwear bottoms cannot be returned for hygiene reasons
  • Be accompanied by proof of purchase

Items that do not meet these criteria may be refused and returned to the customer.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Customers may return items using a courier of their choice. We recommend using a tracked service, as ICON LEVA is not responsible for lost returns. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

For international returns, any applicable import duties and taxes must be paid prior to return. Original import duties and taxes are non-refundable.  If a return is refused due to unpaid import fees, it will be sent back to us in the UK. Any additional costs incurred may be deducted from your refund. Where applicable, deductions will be converted to your local currency.

HOW TO START A RETURN

To begin your return:

  1. Log in to your customer account on our website
  2. Navigate to your order history
  3. Select the order and item(s) you wish to return
  4. Submit your return request within 14 days of delivery

Repack your item securely in its original packaging (including any Signature Packaging where applicable). Include your name and order number inside the parcel. Return the item using a tracked courier service. 

REFUNDS

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method once your return has been received and approved. In certain circumstances, store credit may be offered. Please allow up to 14 business days for your return to be processed once received. Refund times may vary depending on your financial institution.
