Social Media Specialist

Location: Hybrid – UK or Singapore

The Role

ICON LEVA is seeking a creative, culturally fluent Social Media Specialist to shape and express our brand across digital platforms — visually, verbally, and personally. This role sits at the center of our digital storytelling, defining how ICON LEVA shows up, connects, and resonates with a growing global audience.

You’ll be both strategist and creator: fluent in content trends, confident on camera, and instinctively aligned with culture, fashion, and storytelling. From real-time event coverage to carefully crafted brand narratives, you’ll help build ICON LEVA’s social presence with intention, style, and impact.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and execute daily content creation across Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, LinkedIn, and emerging platforms
  • Serve as an on-camera representative of the brand across key formats (GRWM, behind-the-scenes, styling, product features, live and real-time moments)
  • Collaborate closely with content, product, PR, and creative teams to ensure aligned messaging and visuals
  • Produce a wide range of content including short-form video, reels, stories, lives, carousel posts, trend-led formats, BTS, and founder-led features
  • Develop and maintain ICON LEVA’s social tone of voice — refined, confident, culturally aware
  • Monitor trends, cultural moments, and platform updates to keep ICON LEVA socially relevant
  • Engage with the community through comments, DMs, reposts, and partnerships
  • Capture and coordinate content at shoots, pop-ups, events, and red carpet moments
  • Support influencer and ambassador content amplification across platforms
  • Optimize content for growth, discoverability, and platform best practices

Performance Metrics (KPIs)

  • Account Growth: Month-over-month follower growth across platforms
  • Engagement: Story replies, saves, shares, likes, and comments
  • Video Performance: Average views, completion rate, and watch time
  • Content Output: Weekly volume of posts, reels, and stories
  • Community Growth: Increased DMs, story interactions, and UGC tags
  • Conversion Support: Traffic driven from social to site or campaign pages
  • Cultural Impact: Mentions, shares, or visibility via stylists, talent, press, or influencers

Requirements

  • 1–3 years’ experience in social media, content creation, or digital storytelling (fashion or lifestyle experience preferred)
  • Confident, charismatic, and natural on camera
  • Strong understanding of TikTok and Instagram trends, formats, and mechanics
  • Experience with short-form video editing tools (CapCut, Adobe Premiere Rush, Canva, or similar)
  • Strong aesthetic sensibility and passion for brand storytelling
  • Excellent writing skills with the ability to craft concise, compelling captions and copy
  • Highly organised with experience managing content calendars
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced, founder-led or high-growth environments
  • Emotionally intelligent, proactive, and culturally tuned in

The Role

ICON LEVA is looking for a sharp, style-led, and digitally fluent Social Media & Content Coordinator to support our presence across Instagram, TikTok, and emerging platforms. This is an ideal role for someone early in their career who’s passionate about fashion, storytelling, and internet culture — and excited to help build a brand with global relevance.

You’ll support day-to-day content creation, manage publishing schedules, and occasionally step in front of the camera to bring ICON LEVA’s world to life. From assisting on shoots to capturing behind-the-scenes moments, you’ll be involved across the full social content process — from idea to post.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support daily content creation across Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, and LinkedIn
  • Appear on camera for short-form content (BTS, styling snippets, founder Q&As, product spotlights)
  • Assist with content capture at events, shoots, pop-ups, and brand moments
  • Draft captions, schedule posts, and help maintain the content calendar
  • Track trends and cultural moments, suggesting concepts aligned with ICON LEVA’s tone and aesthetic
  • Support community management: replying to comments/DMs and resharing UGC
  • Organize and archive content assets (photo, video, copy, links) for easy access and reuse
  • Assist with influencer seeding support and social coverage monitoring
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to align social content with launches and campaigns

Performance Metrics (KPIs)

  • Content Support: Weekly volume of posts and assets created or scheduled
  • On-Camera Engagement: Views, likes, shares on content featuring you
  • Community Engagement: Response time + volume of interactions (comments, DMs)
  • Platform Growth: Monthly follower growth and reach
  • Trend Responsiveness: Number of timely, trend-aligned posts executed
  • Organization: A clear content archive and reliable publishing schedule

Requirements

  • 1–2 years’ experience in social media, digital content, or creative marketing (internships welcome)
  • Comfortable on camera with a natural, relatable presence
  • Strong visual taste and interest in fashion, culture, and storytelling
  • Familiar with Reels/TikTok creation + tools like Canva and basic editing apps (e.g., CapCut)
  • Fast learner with strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
  • Strong writing skills with a social-first tone
  • Highly organised with a team-first, proactive attitude
  • Emotionally intelligent, curious, and excited to grow in a creative environment
