DESIGN AND CARE

At ICON LEVA, everything begins with exceptional design — original, in-house creations defined by thoughtful detail and impeccable fit.

We believe in buying once and holding forever, crafting timeless, striking, limited-run pieces built to last. As champions of accessible luxury, we offer elevated quality without excessive markups.

All pieces are designed slowly and exclusively in-house for ICON LEVA in London. We don’t work with wholesalers or buy off the rack — every silhouette, detail, and construction choice is developed from the ground up by our passionate, design-obsessed team. This hands-on approach allows us to control quality and ensure our creative values are reflected in every collection.

Sustainability lives within this rhythm. In designing fewer, better things. In choosing quality over quantity. And in caring for what we already have — because longevity is the truest form of luxury.

THOUGHTFUL PRODUCTION LIMITED PRODUCTION

We produce in limited quantities, crafting small-batch collections that reflect real demand and eliminate excess waste. Guided by customer data, pre-orders, and waitlists, we create only what our community truly loves.

We build long-term partnerships with smaller, independent manufacturers who share our values. Our use of 3D design technology streamlines development, reducing reliance on physical samples and enhancing collaboration across teams and with our partners, allowing us to create with greater precision and lower impact. To support real-time communication, and reduce waste, we maintain a dedicated international production hub, working hands-on with our partners at every stage of the process.

RESPONSIBLE MATERIALS PREFERRED FIBRES

Wherever possible, we prioritise low-impact, natural and / or responsibly sourced fibres. This includes cotton, linen, RWS-certified wool, and selected recycled fibres. We only use premium faux leathers and faux furs as animal-free alternatives.   While not every fabric we use today falls into this category, each is chosen with purpose, for its quality, longevity, and feel. We remain committed to increasing our use of preferred fibres as we continue to refine our sourcing and develop new, responsible material innovations.

CIRCULAR SAMPLES SAMPLE CYCLE

Our Sample Cycle program is designed to extend the lifecycle of development pieces and reduce unnecessary waste. Unused development and shoot samples are first offered internally for purchase by our team, with proceeds donated to our charity partners. We also host occasional archive and sample sales to keep high-quality pieces in circulation, again directing a portion of proceeds to support charity. Finally, when samples reach the end of their commercial use, they are donated to our charity partners wherever appropriate, ensuring they remain in use where they are needed most and kept out of landfill.

LOW-IMPACT OPERATIONS THOUGHTFUL PACKAGING & FULFILMENT

All orders are packaged using only what’s necessary with no excess, no unnecessary fillers. Our mailer bags are fully recyclable, biodegradable, and designed for reuse, making returns and reorders simpler and more responsible.

Our fulfilment centres operate on 100% renewable electricity and adhere to a strict zero-waste-to-landfill policy, converting residual materials into renewable fuel.

We’re proud to partner with two of the industry’s most forward-thinking logistics providers:

Royal Mail — the UK’s greenest parcel service, operating the country’s largest electric delivery fleet and working towards zero-emissions last-mile delivery by 2035.

DHL — a global leader in climate-conscious logistics, with over 23,000 electric vans, 6,100 e-bikes, and a commitment to net-zero emissions by 2050.

PROGRESS PROMISE ONGOING COMMITMENT

We are committed to continuous improvement: investing in better materials, technology, and transparency, listening to our community and partners, and sharing our progress.
