2. Eligibility
To make a purchase, you must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding contract. If you are under 18, you must have permission from a parent or legal guardian.

All orders are subject to availability and acceptance. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our sole discretion.
Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email. This confirms receipt, not acceptance. A contract is formed only when your order has been dispatched.

4. Pricing & Payment
All prices are displayed in your selected local currency for convenience. Final checkout and payment will be securely processed in your local currency where supported, or in GBP (£) if not.

We accept payment via secure third-party providers, including Apple Pay. By submitting your order, you authorize the transaction and confirm that the payment details provided are valid and accurate.

7. Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, faulty, or incorrect item, contact us at contact@iconleva.com   within 48 hours of receiving your order.
We may ask for photo or video evidence so we can assess the issue and offer the appropriate solution. Where a genuine fault is confirmed, we will provide a repair, replacement, or refund in accordance with UK Consumer Law.

8. Discount Codes

  • Discount codes must be applied at checkout and cannot be added after the order is placed.

  • Codes may be limited by use, product, duration, or quantity.

  • Discount codes are valid on full-priced items only unless otherwise stated.

  • Codes cannot be combined with other offers, promotions, or gift cards.

  • The 10% welcome discount is valid for first-time customers only, limited to one use per customer. The welcome discount excludes sale items, and gift cards.

  • Discount codes are non-transferable and not redeemable for cash.

  • Misuse of discount codes may result in order cancellation or price adjustment.

  • We reserve the right to amend, revoke, or withdraw discount codes at any time without prior notice.

9. Gift Cards
Gift cards are valid for 12 months from the purchase date.
They are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

10. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for any indirect or consequential losses arising from use or inability to use our website or products. 

Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence or any matter unlawful to exclude.

11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.

12. Updates
We reserve the right to amend these terms at any time. Continued use of our website implies acceptance of updated terms
